We have extensive experience with legal proceedings at all the Danish courts, including interim remedies such as bans/injunctions and securing evidence. ADVORA also collaborates with the Dutch rights holder organization REACT and handles the enforcement of IPR infringements in Denmark and Norway for REACT's members.
