Specializing in intellectual property law and brand protection, Natalie Fialho Kierulf has over 10 years of experience in anti-counterfeiting matters and advising clients in matters involving trademarks, designs, copyrights and unfair competition.

With great experience in cease and desist actions, as well as the preparation of litigation matters and preliminary legal remedies such as interim injunctions and civil seizures, Natalie also cooperates closely with customs and police authorities and handles civil and criminal enforcement of IP rights.

Natalie is also a strong negotiator and advises clients in IP disputes and settlement matters.

When not in the office, Natalie enjoys yoga and hiking and is a big fan of fantasy and sci-fi.
