I am an attorney at ADVORA Law Firm, where I work in the Tax and VAT department.

Since 2017, I have been deeply involved in providing ongoing advice on matters such as VAT, international tax issues, restructurings, tax and VAT in relation to real estate (including rights of use), and cryptocurrency.

Currently, I primarily focus on tax litigation, which involves handling cases before the courts and administrative appeals bodies, such as the Danish Tax Appeals Agency (Skatteankestyrelsen) and the Danish National Tax Tribunal (Landsskatteretten). Additionally, I assist with all matters related to dealings with the tax authorities, including various applications to the Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen), such as requests for approval of share exchanges (track change applications), applications for tax credit refunds, binding rulings, and more.
